You can cancel your dress within 24 hours of payment for a full refund. After this there are no refunds.
Before your dress is shipped, we will send you several pictures of the completed dress so you can see it and approve it. Once approved, we will ship it out, usually via DHL. Since you approve the dress before we send it and because we make the dress specifically for you, there are no refunds.
